  2. About Baggage
    Allowable Baggage in the shuttle consists of 2 check-in luggage and 1 carry-on. Excess baggage will be subject to additional charge.

  3. Traveling with kids and infants with Child Safety Seat Provisions
    Child safety car seats available for private van service only.

  4. Lost & Found
    Please contact our dispatch office at (415) 334-9000, and report your lost item if found.

  5. Cancellation Policy
    Applies on Private / Charter Van Service only
    Cancellation up to 2 days prior to pick up..... No Charge
    Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to pick up or on the spot
    Cancellation/Any Charter that is a NO SHOW... Full Charter is DUE
